Drive-up accessibility is the feature that eliminates heavy lifting and walking long distances with your belongings. All of our properties provide this service, allowing you park your car or moving truck inches away from your rental’s door.
Our properties on NC-33 and N Mill Street provide a variety of climate-controlled storage units. This feature may be right for you if you plan to store belongings you wouldn’t want warping or deteriorating due to extreme changes in temperature.
Our facilities on NC-33 and N Mill Street provide office hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday. Meanwhile, our office on Spring Forest Road is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If you rent at our facility on Spring Forest Road, you’ll receive 24/7 access to your unit. Tenants at our properties on N Mill Street and NC-33 can access their belongings between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. every day. Please contact a manager for more information!
Resident management means that the manager of the facility lives in an apartment onsite. Our customers love this feature because it increases the security of the facility and provides peace of mind. Our locations on N Mill Street and NC-33 provide this feature.
We do! You can park your RV, car, boat, other watercraft, or trailer in our parking spaces on a short-term or long-term basis. Head over to 2288 N Mill Street or 4939 NC-33 to utilize this service.
